Does the price include delivery?

There is a small delivery based on your zip code.

Do you deliver to other cities?

Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.

When do you set up?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive between 8a - 12p. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as the Evening before. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before in the morning to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

When do you pick up?

We begin picking up at 9am the day after the event. We will go in the same order that we dropped off. You will be called or texted with an eta when it's your turn.

We've rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

No. The inflatable should be clean when you get it. Toledo's Party Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

No. Once your event is over you can turn off. Turn on only the morning when we arrive to pick up to verify that there are no damages to unit.

Do you deliver to parks or apartment complexes?

We currently do not book and deliver to parks or apartment complexes.

What payments do you take?

The initial deposit must be paid with a card online. The balance may be paid by Cash, Zelle, Cashapp or Venmo. If paying by cash, please have exact change unless leaving a tip as our drivers do not carry cash.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes all orders require a 30% deposit of the amount booked by Credit Card when making an order online. The deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel your order you can use the deposit within 1 year of the cancellation for another booking.

How big are the inflatables?

All of our inflatables vary in size. Please note the space required for each unit (listed in the description) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the unit.

(this applies to tents as well)

What about the big inflatables? Any special requirements?

Check the requirements listed with each unit. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The big units can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl inflatable.

Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

Yes. You will actually sign the contract at the time of set up and be given a flyer with the safety rules.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. The damage waiver is recommended for these situations. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
